Job Title: Business Central Functional Consultant (Hybrid) Overview: We are seeking a Business Central Functional Resource to support, optimize, and enhance our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment. This hybrid role will involve working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure the system is aligned with organizational needs. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with end users to analyze business processes and translate them into Business Central solutions. • Configure, test, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades. • Provide ongoing support, training, and documentation for Business Central users. • Partner with technical teams to deliver customizations and troubleshoot issues. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization. Requirements: • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, or operations modules. • Ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders. • Previous functional consulting or analyst experience in ERP systems. • Hybrid work availability (onsite) • Locations: Louisville, KY, Canton, Ohio, Memphis, TN (Work hybrid in any of these locations)
