Location: REMOTE Salary: $115,000.00 USD Annually - $140,000.00 USD Annually Description: Our client is currently seeking an Analytics & Data Engineering Product Manager This is a full-time, W2-only position. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. C2C and 1099 arrangements will not be considered. Overview: We are seeking an experienced Analytics & Data Engineering Product Manager to lead the development of a scalable data delivery and analytics platform. This role will bridge the gap between technology, engineering, data, analytics, and reporting teams-translating strategic needs into actionable product requirements. You'll play a key role in driving the adoption of distributed data technologies and ensuring alignment across stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Product Leadership: Own and drive the product roadmap for enterprise data platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Translate business needs into technical requirements by working closely with engineering, analytics, and reporting teams. • Platform Development: Support the design and implementation of secure, resilient, and self-healing data platforms. • Feature Planning: Research internal and external user needs to guide feature development and assess technical feasibility. • Strategic Execution: Connect business context to technical execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions. • Data Governance: Define and enforce data integration and quality standards across initiatives. • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure ethical use, privacy, and security of healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA, CCPA, and other regulations. • Training & Enablement: Educate teams on architecture, design principles, and product release processes. • Monitoring & Optimization: Oversee production implementation and performance of data platforms. Qualifications • Experience: 5-7 years in software or data product management, preferably in healthcare benefits or related industries. • Technical Expertise: • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, NiFi. • Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, data integration, and data quality. • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS, Cognos). • Development Tools: Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and software development lifecycle tools. • Communication: Ability to tell compelling stories with data and communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance (HIPAA, CCPA).
