ABOUT THE CLIENT: Our client is a leading Digital Transformation and Cyber Security Consultancy, looking for a talented Solutions Architect to enrich their dynamic team! They specialize in delivering innovative digital and cyber security solutions to clients across public and private sectors, working on impactful large-scale projects. ROLE OBJECTIVE: We seek a highly skilled Microsoft Solutions Architect with extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 (D365), Power Platform, AI, and Azure. This position is ideal for professionals who blend architectural leadership with a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity within the Microsoft ecosystem. The architect will be instrumental in designing secure, scalable solutions, identifying, assessing, and mitigating security risks using Microsoft technologies. Key responsibilities involve conducting thorough security assessments of D365 and Azure environments, performing vulnerability analyses, and developing robust, cloud-native security strategies aligned with industry best practices and client requirements. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including integrations and portals. • Serve as the technical authority on client projects, guiding teams through planning, architecture, testing, and deployment phases. • Collaborate with the Sales team in hands-on presales activities, delivering engaging client presentations and ensuring quality control. • Work with stakeholders to define technical, operational, and user requirements, particularly during pre-sales and solution scoping activities. • Oversee and review technical deliverables to guarantee compliance with Microsoft best practices and standards. • Provide expert advice on customizations using JScript, C#, PowerApps, and Microsoft cloud technologies. • Mentor delivery teams while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks. • Engage in solution innovation and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client satisfaction. • Demonstrate a clear methodology in acting as a Functional/Technical/Integration Lead, leading workshops with customers to document requirements and design effective solutions. • Understand the capabilities of the development team, scheduling their work effectively while providing support as needed. • Architect high-level Microsoft Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions and integrations. • Create and review Solution, Functional, and Technical Specifications documentation. • Design, develop, review, and test customized code for Dynamics CE Customer pipelines. EXPERIENCE: • Minimum 4 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Architecture. • Senior Level - Experienced in the Microsoft stack, with a strong history as a technical consultant or architect within a Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) environment. • Hands-on experience with Power Platform. • Cybersecurity experience specifically within Azure. • Proven track record in presales within a consultancy environment. • In-depth understanding of D365 CE and experience working on full life cycle implementations across different versions of Dynamics CRM. • Solid technical design background with Microsoft cloud solutions, Power Platform, and integration projects. • Desirable qualifications include Microsoft certifications, prior experience at a Microsoft Partner, and involvement in pre-sales activities. • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to personal and professional development. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. CERTIFICATIONS: • Azure Solutions Architect Expert. • Azure Administrator Associate. • Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect).
