Software Developer (Hybrid - Allen, TX) We are seeking a Software Developer to play a key role in building innovative, high-performance web applications that simplify complex processes and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate is a .NET developer who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating in a team environment, and delivering clean, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain web-based software applications using ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. • Build and consume RESTful APIs and web services using JSON and XML. • Collaborate with team members to design system architecture and optimize performance. • Write efficient, well-structured T-SQL code (stored procedures, tables, views, triggers). • Implement front-end interfaces with modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. • Participate in code reviews, documentation, and deployment activities using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps / TFS. • Contribute to load testing, transaction processing, and integration with financial or payment systems. • Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish while working collaboratively within a team. Required Skills & Experience • 2 years of experience developing web applications using Microsoft technologies. • Strong proficiency with: • .NET Core / ASP.NET • C# • Microsoft SQL Server & T-SQL • HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON • Visual Studio & Source Control (TFS / DevOps) • Understanding of OLTP / high-volume transaction systems. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with credit card processing gateways or banking integrations. • Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments. • Exposure to load testing and performance optimization.
