Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Azure to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving successful implementation and optimization of D365 applications in a cloud environment. Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure Dynamics 365 solutions align with strategic objectives. • Act as a liaison between business users and developers for Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, or Field Services. • Design and support integration strategies between Dynamics 365 and other systems using Azure services (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus). • Create and maintain process documentation, use cases, user stories, data flow diagrams, and training materials. • Assist in UAT planning and execution, ensuring business needs are met and functionalities are properly tested. • Monitor and evaluate system performance, proposing enhancements to improve functionality and usability. • Stay current with platform updates and new features in both Dynamics 365 and azure. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. • 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP modules). • Solid understanding of Microsoft Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and cloud integration patterns. • Experience with process modeling tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, Visio). • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
