The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant is responsible for analysing business requirements, configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and ensuring successful implementation and support of the ERP system. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and gather detailed functional requirements. System Configuration: Configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, etc.) to align with business needs. Customization: Use built-in tools to customize forms, fields, workflows, and reports. • Data Migration: Prepare, map, and import data from legacy systems into Business Central. Testing: Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). • Training & Support: Provide end-user training and post-implementation support. • Documentation: Create functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with new features and updates in Business Central and recommend improvements. Qualification Requirements • Bachelor's degree. Business Administration not mandatory. • Should have knowledge on MS office. • Intermediate Excel skills. • B2-C1 English level. • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Experience in ERP implementation and business process analysis. • Knowledge of financials, supply chain, inventory, and manufacturing modules.
