T-Rex Solutions is seeking a results-driven Performance & Analytics Lead to support our USCIS contract. The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in IT leadership/subject matter expertise, with a strong background in system performance optimization, data analytics, and infrastructure monitoring. This role will ensure systems operate at peak efficiency and provide actionable insights through advanced analytics. All work is performed on-site at Stennis Space Center. Responsibilities: Lead the analysis and optimization of enterprise system performance across diverse platforms. Design and implement performance monitoring solutions that provide proactive insights to IT operations and leadership. Collaborate with infrastructure, development, and security teams to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend solutions. Translate complex performance data into clear, actionable intelligence using modern analytics tools and platforms. Ensure compliance with USCIS performance standards and federal IT best practices. Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support continuous performance monitoring and decision-making. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 5+ years of IT experience as a lead or SME, with a strong focus on performance engineering, analytics, or infrastructure operations. Must be a US Citizen Ability to obtain EOD Suitability Proven track record in managing enterprise system metrics, troubleshooting performance issues, and delivering improvements. Certification in at least one of the following: CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) RCSP (Riverbed Certified Solutions Professional) IBM Certified Deployment Professional MCITP/MCSE (Microsoft Certified IT Professional/System Engineer) Desired Skills: Experience with performance monitoring tools such as New Relic, SolarWinds, Atternity, or equivalent. Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL practices and incident analysis frameworks. Knowledge of robotic process automation. Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Knowledge of cloud performance analytics in AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments.
