Job description

Responsibilities: - Participates in the continuous development, monitoring, and troubleshooting of shared service applications such as DNS, DHCP and directory services (Active Directory, EntraID, OpenLDAP) - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. - Implements operational and security policies and procedures throughout service delivery lifecycle - Implements a cost-effective operation of an on-premise/public/hybrid cloud IaaS, monitoring and configuration tools - Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures - Automates tasks for speed and consistency. Works with and extends configuration management tools - Provide technical support to employees, addressing their IT-related queries and issues Requirements: - Minimum 2 years in IT operations - Experience with automation tools and scripting languages - Excellent verbal and written communicator - Must be comfortable dealing with stakeholders in crisis situations - Understanding of common Agile project management concepts - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong interpersonal skills - must be able to work effectively as part of a project/program team and foster team cooperation
