Skills • Strong knowledge and experience with C#, .NET Core, MVC, SQL Server, ASP.NET, Web Services, Web API, and Restful APIs • Familiarity with Azure Web Services, Azure functions, and durable functions • Experience in database schema design, stored procedures, and SQL scripts using SQL Server and T-SQL language • Working knowledge of CosmosDB or other document databases • Knowledge of software programming practices and procedures • Ability to apply independent logical thinking to problem-solving • Understanding of functional and performance testing aspects of software development • Secured coding best practices, knowledge of Veracode preferred • Experience with source code control systems like GitHub Responsibilities • Lead the full software development lifecycle from conception to delivery • Design program logic, prepare test data, and test programs • Establish expected testing service level agreements (SLA) with technical partners • Display a strong sense of urgency while maintaining a high level of quality • Engage in coding, testing, and deployment activities Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in software engineering • Proven experience in the full software development lifecycle • Strong background in RDBMS and SQL, including developing and tuning scripts, functions, and stored procedures • Experience with No-SQL databases • Familiarity with the SAFe Agile Framework • Healthcare background preferred Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Education Requirements Credential Category • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience Requirements • A minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in software engineering • Experience with Azure Cloud PaaS and secured coding best practices Why work in Vallejo, CA Vallejo offers a unique blend of natural beauty, cultural diversity, and a thriving community.
