Role Description: Fractal co-founder who will own and drive full pipeline development and deploymen, CI/CD oversite, and ongoing site-performance with a focus on operational automation and a transition to open-source. Skills: • Azure DevOps + CI/CD Active driver. • Python, Docker, Kubernetes. • GitHub & Azure-based system administration. • Automated build, test and deployment. • Live deployment + production outage oversight. • AI/ML/NLP & UNIX/Linux frameworks. • Standard site and web-app maintenance. • TypeScript, Javascript, React/Next.js, Redux, MySQL and PostgreSQL +++ • Available at least ~15 hours per week consistently; Compensation / Relationship: We are a small, passionate team of early stage equity co-founders seeking another key fractal (part-time) member interested in earning early-stage Seed Pool company ownership — NOT immediate salaried renumeration until security of our seed round, expected in 6-12 months.
