Position: Power Platform Technical/Functional Consultant (Contract) Experience: 6+ Years Contract Type: Contract (6 months initially, with possible extension) Overview We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Technical/Functional Consultant to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and optimizing solutions using Power Automate & Power Platform (mandatory), along with a good functional understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM (good to have). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations across Power Platform. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows). Configure and customize Model-driven apps, Canvas apps, and Dataverse as needed. Build complex workflows and integrations using Power Automate, connectors, and custom APIs. Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation for solutions delivered. Support integration between Dynamics CRM and Power Platform components. Provide support during UAT, deployment, and post-deployment phases. Provide thought leadership on Power Platform best practices and governance. Required Skills Strong experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows & Desktop Flows) - Mandatory. Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps). Solid understanding of Dataverse (Common Data Service). Experience with Power Platform connectors and building custom connectors. Good understanding of REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and integration patterns. Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform environments. Nice-to-Have Skills Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or Field Service modules). Knowledge of Power BI and building reports/dashboards. Familiarity with Power Virtual Agents. Experience working with Azure Functions or Azure DevOps pipelines related to Power Platform. Soft Skills Strong communication and presentation skills - able to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Experience working in Agile environments. Qualifications Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 (preferred)
