Location: Germantown, TN Salary: $40.84 USD Hourly - $40.85 USD Hourly Description: Job Title: IT Systems Analyst Specialist Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Preferred - Memphis, TN or Irving, TX Education Required: High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's in Computer Science preferred) Background Check: Standard Package with Credit Check Required About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst Specialist to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in business analysis, system migrations, and enterprise-level IT projects. You'll play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Lead the business analysis phase for enterprise IT projects. • Gather, analyze, and document software requirements from stakeholders. • Create detailed documentation including process diagrams, wireframes, and report mock-ups. • Collaborate with project managers, business users, and IT teams to ensure alignment. • Support system migrations, upgrades, and data visualization initiatives. • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and documentation. Preferred Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis or a related field. • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL. • Experience with tools such as SAP BO, SAP HANA, Oracle Exadata, or Power BI. • Familiarity with multi-line claims management systems is a plus. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Skills & Competencies • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business analysis tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset.
