Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Dynamics CRM Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role will be a strategic partner to the business, driving innovation and scalability while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Dynamics 365, strong business acumen, and the ability to mentor and guide a team of developers. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy • Serve as the technical lead for all Dynamics 365 CRM development initiatives. • Partner with business stakeholders, solution architects, and product owners to define and deliver solutions that meet business needs. • Establish development best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks for CRM projects. • Mentor and coach junior developers and administrators, fostering knowledge-sharing and technical excellence across the team. Development & Customization • Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service). • Customize and configure Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports. • Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations with external applications using C#, .NET, Azure Services, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). • Optimize CRM performance, ensuring system stability, security, and data integrity. Integration & Innovation • Lead the integration of Dynamics 365 with ERP, data warehouses, and third-party applications. • Leverage Azure tools (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) to build robust, cloud-native integrations. • Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies and recommend enhancements to drive digital transformation. • Contribute to solution architecture discussions, offering both technical depth and business perspective. Required • 10+ years of professional development experience, with at least 7 years focused on Dynamics 365 CRM/CE. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex CRM solutions across multiple business functions. • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server. • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing. • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 SDK, APIs, security model, and solution lifecycle management. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred • Microsoft certifications such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert or Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Developer Associate. • Experience in enterprise-scale integrations, large data migrations, and global deployments. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Background in mentoring, team leadership, or technical management.
