Successful outcomes start and finish with eNGINE. eNGINE seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to architect and evolve our Pharmacy Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) leveraging the power of Azure and Databricks. What You'll Do: • Lead and mentor a team of data engineers building robust data pipelines and scalable data models. • Drive end-to-end delivery of critical data engineering projects aligned with business goals. • Architect, implement, and optimize solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, and Azure Data Lake. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — from analysts to executives — to deliver actionable healthcare insights. • Champion data governance, quality standards, and performance optimization. • Manage and evolve our cloud data platform and DevOps processes to ensure reliability and cost efficiency. What You Bring: • 5+ years of data engineering experience with 2+ years in a leadership role. • Expertise in Azure, PySpark, SQL, Python, and cloud-native ETL pipelines. • Deep understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and data governance in healthcare or regulated environments (HIPAA/GDPR). • Experience collaborating across technical and business domains with clear, effective communication. • Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and Git. Bonus Points: • Background in pharmacy or healthcare data. • Experience with project management tools like MS Project or SmartSheets.
