Our RAD Engineering team plays a critical role in the options trading business of Susquehanna. This team is responsible for building, maintaining, and monitoring critical parts of the infrastructure that power our new and existing trading applications. In addition, they look to establish consistent patterns for other groups in the business organization to adopt and implement into their own systems. As a part of this team, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with trading strategy and infrastructure development teams as you deploy and configure new strategies and technologies. You’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of tools used for monitoring, message passing systems, and microservice design and implementation. Susquehanna Engineers Are: • Able to execute on ideas quickly • Committed to innovation • Focused on the entire technical stack with an eye for building a stable, scalable, optimized environment with minimized risk • Passionate about technology and interested in exploring new technologies to find the optimal solution • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent. • 1-2 years of recent hands-on experience with Python, .NET, or Java technologies • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment. • Experience with microservice and containerization infrastructure, Microsoft Service Fabric, Kubernetes, etc. • Experience with CI/CD and Version Control platforms, Git, OctopusDeploy etc. • Experience with Ansible, Terraform, or other Infrastructure as Code tools. • Experience with monitoring platforms, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Cloudwatch, etc. If you're a recruiting agency and want to partner with us, please reach out to recruiting@sig.com.
