Role: zure Databricks Architect Location: Raleigh, NC/Jersey City, NJ Type: Contract Duration: Long Term Mandatory Skill • zure Data Architect Experience • Synapse to Databricks implement • Databricks Hand's on Experience • DF & Synapse • Data modeling, designing strategy & data architecture concepts • Cloud technologies Experience • Synapse over SQL Job Description • More than 10+ years of relevant experience in data engineering tools like Azure Data pipelines , Azure Data factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Databricks, • Delta Lake, Python, SQL Server, and experience with Azure Cloud • Strong knowledge and experience designing and implementing solutions on Databases like Hadoop, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure Synapse • Demonstrated experience in building, tuning data pipelines on Spark, Cloud native tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks and ETL tools • Hands on Azure Data architecture experience • Optimize Azure Synapse database • Performance tuning of workload and recommend adjustment • Understand the need for both batch and stream ingestion of the data from source databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL and other RDBMS based databases. • Experience demonstrating and ability to talk about wide variety of data engineering tools, architectures across cloud providers and open-source tools and packages. • Experience working with business teams, dev teams and coming up with designs to deliver data solutions with best practices and standards. • The Person should help in migration from Synapse to Databricks NR Consulting
