Requirements for the role: • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. • Participation in relevant extracurricular activities, such as finance clubs or investment competitions is preferred. • Basic understanding of financial markets, banking operations, and investment strategies. • Ability to assist with financial analysis, including the review of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial documents. • Understanding of risk management principles and practices. • Skills in financial forecasting and the creation of predictive models. • Strong analytical skills, with the capability to work with quantitative data and perform detailed financial modeling. • Good organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and contributing to collaborative projects. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for interacting with clients and colleagues. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis. • Eagerness to learn about the banking sector and its regulatory environment.
