Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator Remote (U.S. Business Hours) Pay: $42 - $48/hour Contract through end of 2025 (extension possible) Job Type: Temporary / Contract Overview Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an experienced Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to support a leading technology organization in managing its enterprise-wide learning platforms. This fully remote role will be responsible for day-to-day LMS operations, content publishing, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless user experience across internal and external learning audiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and technically proficient in modern LMS platforms. Key Responsibilities Platform & Content Management • Configure LMS settings, user interface, and branding in alignment with organizational requirements • Publish and maintain course content, learning paths, and virtual or instructor-led classes • Manage permissions to ensure proper access to learning materials for internal and external users • Conduct regular audits and catalog maintenance to ensure system integrity and content accuracy Support & Troubleshooting • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for LMS-related support issues • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating when necessary • Recommend and implement improvements for user experience and platform efficiency Compliance & Documentation • Ensure LMS platforms comply with relevant data privacy and security regulations • Maintain documentation for processes, standards, and user support guides • Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, L&D) to support learning initiatives and platform development Qualifications Required: • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration or a related technical support role • Hands-on experience with modern LMS platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone, or Litmos • Strong technical and problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) • Demonstrated ability to work independently and within remote, cross-functional teams • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills Preferred: • Experience managing access and permissions for both internal and external learning audiences • Familiarity with compliance requirements related to data security and training systems • Prior experience in fast-paced tech or enterprise environments If you're a motivated and meticulous LMS professional ready to make an impact in a dynamic and growing team, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity today. #IPROPLUS #LI-SM3 Benefits: Use this link bit.ly/4cGUQSh to learn more about benefits available to Eastridge’s temporary employees.
