Job Title: AI/ML SDET Job Location: Fort Mill, SC OR Austin, TX Interview: Virtual Job Duration: 6 months C2H Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior SDET with strong automation experience and a passion for cutting-edge technology, especially in the AI/ML space. This role will focus on building robust test automation frameworks and leveraging AI/ML capabilities to improve software quality across platforms. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with Java and Python, REST API testing, and experienced in integrating intelligent testing strategies into modern CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain automation frameworks for web, API, and data services using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools. • Build intelligent testing solutions leveraging AI/ML models for anomaly detection and test case optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product quality across Advisor, Investor, and Teammate platforms. • Perform REST API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate. • Drive shift-left testing by embedding quality checks early in the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps). • Write and execute complex SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks. • Participate and lead Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. • Mentor junior SDETs and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in automation. • Lead testing strategy and delivery across multiple releases and high-impact projects. Required Skills: • 6+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering. • Strong hands-on programming skills in Java and Python. • Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress. • Expertise in REST API testing and integration validation. • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration. • Proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets. • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and applying them in testing workflows. • Strong debugging and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL testing, and data quality monitoring. • Exposure to generative AI, prompt engineering, or AI-driven test optimization tools. • Contributions to open-source testing or AI projects are a plus.
