Senior Data Analytics Engineer As a Senior Data Analytics Engineer on the Data Analytics Data Platform (DADP) team, you analyze, develop, and deliver business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft Analytics stack. The Senior Data Analytics Engineer works directly with clients to ensure their expectations and business decision-making tool needs are met. The Engineer is an expert in using analytical and problem-solving skills and has experience creating scalable and reliable data solutions through data analytics solution development. Responsibilities The Senior Data Analytics Engineer is responsible for: • 3-5 years of work experience in data engineering • Experience with Azure technologies and modern data platform technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse, Fabric • Understanding of Agile engineering practices • Deep familiarity and experience in the following areas: Data warehouse and lakehouse methodologies, including medallion architecture; Data ETL/ELT processes; Data profiling and anomaly detection; Data modeling (Dimensional/Kimball); SQL; Strong background in relational database platforms; DevOps/Continuous integration & continuous delivery • Growing familiarity and experience with Python • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Effective oral and written communication and organizational skills • Desire for continued education and certification as it relates to the position • Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field • Previous consulting experience is preferred but not required Benefits You'll love working at NRI not just for the usual benefits, but for our environment and culture!
