Job Description: As a Business Development Executive at Sogeti, a division of Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to: • Strategize, plan, and execute business development and solution sales. • Engage with Sogeti's and Capgemini's Technology leaders and solutions experts to deliver cutting edge solutions to clients. • Expand Sogeti's and Capgemini's portfolio of solutions and professional services in the local Iowa and surrounding areas. • Maintain and grow client relationships. • Induce solutions and ideas to help clients improve their business performance. • Work in an entrepreneurial environment with a high level of senior management access. • Network and build relationships internally and externally with Sogeti consultants and clients. The Ideal candidate will have: • 3 years in selling IT solutions and services • A strong local network in the local geography Iowa area • Business development experience and account management experience. • Familiar with a team selling environment. Very collaborative selling. • A good understanding of sales related to one or more areas: Application Development, Cloud- AWS, Azure or Google, Infrastructure, Business Information Management, or Engineering solutions. • Strong written & oral communication skills. • Mid to large client experience Education: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
