Location: United Kingdom (UK) | Employment Type: Permanent | Full Time Experience Level: 10+ Years About the Role We are on the lookout for a highly experienced Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM) to spearhead critical, compliance-driven projects within our dedicated services team. The TPM will be instrumental in the end-to-end delivery of initiatives focused on Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Machine Learning Platform (MPIP), Microsoft Copilot, and Records Management. This role is vital to creating secure, automated, and compliant digital environments across various projects. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee cross-functional technical projects emphasizing data governance, security, and compliance. • Define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics that align with business goals. • Manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, risk management, and resource allocation. • Collaborate closely with engineers, data scientists, compliance officers, and security specialists. • Ensure strict adherence to data protection and information governance standards throughout all initiatives. • Implement AI-powered productivity tools and automation strategies for enhanced efficiency. • Administer sensitivity labels and auto-classification protocols to safeguard sensitive information. • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular updates to executives. Technical Skills & Experience Required • In-depth expertise in Microsoft Purview and its data governance capabilities. • Hands-on experience executing DLP policies within Microsoft 365 environments. • Proficiency in utilizing MPIP and Microsoft Copilot for intelligent automation and workflow enhancement. • Strong understanding of Records Management, retention policies, and lifecycle frameworks. • Experienced in managing sensitivity labels and information classification strategies. • Solid knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Center, and Power Platform. • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies. Must-Have Qualifications • 10+ years of technical project management experience. • Experience with Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP) for effective data security. • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Purview, DLP, and Microsoft 365 compliance tools. • Solid background in utilizing AI & automation tools like Copilot and MPIP. • Understanding of data protection laws and governance requirements specific to the industry. • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
