T-Rex is looking for a talented Senior System Engineer 5 to work on a program in the Ft. Meade area in support of the Intelligence Community. Responsibilities: The Senior Systems Engineer will support the Cyber Threat Intelligence initiative which defends of our nation’s most critical unclassified and classified networks. This is for a position on the Collection team. The SE will work with software development and systems engineering teams to develop cloud-based solutions in line with customer mission needs. The SE will work with multi-disciplined technical teams to develop requirements, plan deployments, and manage customer needs. Strong customer outreach and product marketing skills for interfacing with mission and capabilities partners. Experience with data sharing policies and authorizations, both internal to customer and external partnerships. Experience with data thread engineering, to include multi-domain (TS, S, U) threading. Experience with developing system architecture and design planning documentation. Experience with capturing and documenting artifacts with Jira and Confluence. Knowledge of Cloud Service provider offerings, specifically AWs and Azure Knowledge of general cloud computing and big data analysis. In compliance with pay transparency guidelines, the annual base salary range for this position is $190,000 - $220,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. T-Rex considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
