Interpret the data and provide assessments to answer business driving questions. Develop ad hoc reports. Fast paced environment must be able to turn around work quickly through multiple data sources. Present the data to business leaders in a clear and concise manner.Accurate data analysis is key to the management and support of endpoint operations to ensure the stability of the environment, patching security, and compliance. The environment includes 350K laptops and desktops, over 80k mobile devices with over 6 discrete data sources.The Group:This group focuses on 3 categories:End Point OS currency:Patching, OS upgrades:Windows 10 – make sure everyone is on the latest build from MicrosoftJust completed major project to eliminate and upgrade all prior buildsDevice Modern ManagementMobile devicesClean Up services of all devices so that every device is operating on the latest MS Window versionWorking on 20H2 project to get whole org up to standardsDevice Modern Management – breakaway from typical set up or imaging.
