Design, Develop and Maintain Data solutions - You leverage your engineering expertise and align to the values of building quality products and risk management to create value from data… - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines (batch and real-time) for data ingestion, processing, and integration. - Develop and maintain data storage solutions, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage in data Lakehouse and Warehouses. - Implement and maintain API integrations, including REST APIs, for seamless data flow between systems. - Implement and ensure data security and privacy measures, complying with industry standards and regulations. - Monitor and optimize the performance of systems and pipelines. - Improve the scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of data solutions. - Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner. Let's talk about you! - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the field of Computer Science or Engineering. - 7+ years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, specifically working with Microsoft Fabric & Azure technologies. - Highly proficient in T-SQL, Python and Spark programming language. - Solid understanding of data storage architecture with lakehouse and data warehouses concepts and best practices. - Solid understanding of information architecture with medallion design concepts and best practices. - Experience working with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. - Experience working with high and low latency data movement (batch and real-time data). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills. Your nice-to-have skills! - Microsoft Certified: Azure/Fabric Data Engineer Associate or Azure/Fabric Solutions Architect Expert. - Experience in implementing DevOps pipelines and CI/CD for data solutions. - Experience in writing data quality and governance tests for management of data. - Experience working in the financial industry.
