Job Title: Azure AI Developer Location: Remote / Hybrid Type: Full-time Were building something smart and fast. If you're passionate about AI, thrive in agile environments, and love bringing ideas to life using cutting-edge Microsoft tools, you might be the developer were looking for. We're a fast-moving consulting business developing an AI-driven product built on native Azure services and we need someone who can help us move even faster. You will be part of the team building our AI tool, AskQ. AskQ is a platform that our customers are using to build and manage, AI agents, workflows and templates for multi-purpose business automation. What youll do: • Build and deploy AI-first features using Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB, Docker and AKS. • Work closely with the team to design and implement scalable architecture using cloud-native tools. • Code confidently in Python and C# bonus if you can jump into React.js if needed. • Use Visual Studio Code (ideally with GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding assistants) to speed up delivery. • Collaborate in a tight feedback loop: branch, commit, pull, test, ship all through Azure DevOps. • Write unit tests as second nature and ship quality code, not just quick fixes. • Participate in short, focused sprints and daily standups we work lean, iterate fast, and learn quickly. What you bring: • Experience with Azures native AI stack (AI Foundry, Search, Cosmos DB, AKS). • Solid skills in Python and C#, with clean, readable code as a priority. • Comfort with VS Code, ideally with AI coding tools like Copilot or VS Code agents. • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes, cloud-native patterns, and scalable architecture. • Experience working in agile teams, using Azure DevOps for CI/CD, branching, pull requests, and automated testing. • An agile mindset: flexible, collaborative, and unafraid to try new things. Nice to have: • React.js experience for building out user interfaces. • Interest in experimenting with new AI frameworks and tools.
