Job Description: Callero & Callero LLP, an accounting firm near O’Hare Airport in Des Plaines, IL is looking for a Full-Time Administrator/Receptionist. Qualifications: • Friendly / outgoing personality • Treat clients with utmost respect and friendliness • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • At least one year of experience answering calls and performing general office tasks (copying, scanning, etc.) preferably in a professional services setting. Duties: • Receptionist at the front desk. Answering and transferring phone calls • Billing clients • Preparing deposit on a weekly basis • Applying receipts to customer accounts • E-mailing invoices to clients • Scanning, copying, typing • Distributing mail on a daily basis • Processing tax returns (electronically and on paper) • Sending out UPS packages when needed • Mailing letters and other correspondence as needed • Various other general office tasks Benefits: • Hours would typically be 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday • Some overtime would be required during tax season (February-April of each year).This would be paid at time and a half. • Medical / Dental/ Vision Insurance • 401k Retirement Plan – employer contributions start after one year of service. • Two weeks vacation
