We are currently seeking a talented Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer to enhance our security posture and protect our systems from cyber threats. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, implementing, and managing secure solutions while ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance requirements. If you are passionate about cybersecurity and want to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you Core Responsibilities: • Conduct thorough assessments of potential security solutions to ensure compatibility and effectiveness. • Analyze the latest security technologies to identify areas for improvement. • Develop detailed project plans for effective implementation of security solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth execution of projects. • Implement security solutions and troubleshoot any integration issues. • Create continuous improvement plans for security functionalities. • Monitor performance and recommend enhancements to improve security posture. • Evaluate system changes for security impacts. • Collaborate with architects, SOC, incident responders, and IT teams. • Drive security efficiency and support performance testing of security tools. Success Metrics: • Timely implementation of security solutions. • Reduction in security incidents and vulnerabilities. • Compliance with security standards. • Positive collaboration with internal and external partners. • Continuous improvement in our security posture. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, especially in system and network security engineering. • Additional 5+ years of IT experience preferred. • Expertise in SIEM, IDS/IPS, PKI, IDAM, antivirus, firewalls, and EDR. • Experience securing AWS or Azure cloud environments. • Strong analytical and communication skills. • Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Unix systems. Preferred Certifications: • CISSP, CISM, and/or SANS certifications.
