ResiliEnt Business Solutions is Seeking an expert-level SharePoint and Power Platform Developer to lead modernization, automation, and optimization efforts across a Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This role focuses on intranet development, process automation, and secure, scalable solutions aligned with business goals and compliance standards. This is a hybrid position: 2 days on-site and 3 days remote - Must Relocate to Columbia, SC prior to start date This position is W2 - This is NOT a corp to corp position ️ Responsibilities • Lead maintenance and enhancement of agency intranet (UI/UX, site provisioning, workflows, branding) • Design and implement PowerApps and Power Automate flows • Integrate Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Power Suite) to improve collaboration • Develop mobile-friendly and desktop-accessible solutions • Create technical and user documentation for support teams and end-users • Ensure security compliance (CJIS, state standards) and apply best practices • Conduct meetings with IT, business teams, and vendors • Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer sessions • Guide governance practices for SharePoint and Power Platform • Support DevOps environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod) with controlled releases • Submit weekly status reports to management ✅ Required Skills (Ranked) • 10+ years SharePoint development experience • SharePoint Online & Office 365 expertise • Intranet design and development (custom layouts, features) • SharePoint customization (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, web parts) • Office 365 Power Suite (Power Automate, Power BI) • Programming: C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PowerShell • Information architecture principles ⭐ Preferred Skills • Microsoft Copilot integrations • M365 adoption strategy and roadmap development • Gamification knowledge (user engagement, adoption, collaboration) • Security and compliance standards for SharePoint Online • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities • Personalization: dashboards, content targeting, notifications • UI/UX design expertise • Effective interpersonal skills • Proactive and self-motivated mindset Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Certifications (Preferred) • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Online • Microsoft 365 Certified: Developer Associate • Other relevant Microsoft certifications Company DescriptionResiliEnt Business Solutions LLC is a women-owned IT staffing and consulting firm delivering innovative technology solutions to government and commercial clients.
