Support Microsoft 365 security, reliability, and administration in a fast-paced, high-security aerospace startup environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Administer and configure Microsoft 365 services including Intune and Defender • Develop and enforce Intune security policies and compliance rules • Monitor and apply security patches, vulnerability remediations, and software updates • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure a secure and reliable environment • Support network and system auditing efforts, including documentation About You What you'll need: • Coursework or knowledge in Computer Systems / System Security • Coursework or knowledge in Networking / Network Security • Coursework or knowledge in Cloud Computing (Azure, AWS, or GCP) • Exposure to one or more of the following: PowerShell scripting, Cybersecurity fundamentals, Microsoft Intune, Defender, or M365 administration • Preferred: Prior experience in system or security administration (internship, research, or project) • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration (including Defender, Intune) • Preferred: Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation • Preferred: Completion of coursework in cybersecurity or systems architecture Compensation & Benefits • Health insurance, including Vision and Dental • Lunch and snacks provided on site every day • Dinners provided twice a week Training & Development Internships at Varda offer technical and professional growth opportunities by working on impactful projects critical to the company’s success, alongside experienced aerospace professionals in a startup environment.
