MS Dynamics CRM Lead Location: Malvern, PA Length: 1+ year (likely to be extended multiple years) About the Role • We are seeking a Contract Technical Lead to support the delivery of enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Service) and the Power Platform. This role requires a hands-on leader who can architect, develop, and guide the implementation • of scalable CRM solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead the technical design and implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution architecture. Develop • customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Ensure adherence to best practices in architecture, security, and performance. Provide technical guidance to internal teams and junior developers. Manage code reviews, • deployments, and DevOps pipelines. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development and production environments. Qualifications 5-8 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales and/or Service). Strong hands-on experience with Power Platform • (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, and PowerShell. Experience with Dataverse, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps. Familiarity with ALM practices and Azure DevOps. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement • skills. Microsoft certifications (PL-600, MB-210, MB-230) are a plus.
