We are seeking motivated and curious interns to join our Technology team for a focused internship in Data and Business Analysis/Analytics. This program provides exposure to advanced analytics tools, real-world business challenges, and collaboration with experienced professionals across Devon. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and business objectives. • Assist in querying, manipulating, and analyzing large data sets using modern analytics tools. • Support the development and maintenance of data visualization dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders. • Participate in the creation and documentation of analytical workflows and reporting processes. • Help identify patterns, trends, and opportunities within business data to support decision-making. • Provide support for application and reporting solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring data accuracy. • Learn and apply best practices in data quality, data governance, and data security. • Engage in team meetings and cross-functional projects to gain exposure to business operations and technology strategies. • Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry trends through active learning and professional development. Technology Exposure: • Databricks • Azure DevOps • PowerBI • Power Apps • SharePoint • SQL and scripting languages • Additional data analytics and business intelligence tools Education: • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. Preferred Skills & Competencies: • Basic understanding of data analysis, data visualization, and SQL. • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Interest in business operations and technology-driven solutions. • Willingness to learn new tools and collaborate with diverse teams. • Digital literacy and attention to detail.
