Join to apply for the SharePoint Developer 504312 role at DNI (Delaware Nation Industries) Job Description As a Software Developer with expertise in SharePoint, you will be instrumental in crafting, developing, and sustaining innovative SharePoint solutions that boost our business workflows and foster collaboration throughout the organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will gain insights into their needs, create tailored features and applications, and guarantee smooth integration with various other systems. Requirements SharePoint Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions, including web parts, workflows, and site features, using SharePoint Online and on-premises versions. Application Development: Experience with Object Oriented Programming languages required. Build and maintain web applications and services using .NET, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies, including Power BI dashboards. Integration: Integrate SharePoint with third-party systems and services using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and other tools. Windows Server and IIS experience are optional but helpful. Customization: Customize SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists to meet business requirements and improve user experience. Experience with web development standards/frameworks like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery preferred. Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for SharePoint issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure system stability and performance. Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects timely. Experience with tools like SCRUM, Jira, Git is preferred. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, user guides, and deployment procedures. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with latest SharePoint and development trends and seek process and technology improvements. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum of 4 years professional experience in software development, focusing on SharePoint. Proficiency in SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2016/2019. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), SharePoint Designer, PowerShell. Strong knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, SQL. Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and libraries such as jQuery, Angular, React. Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph API, and integration tools. Soft Skills & Security Clearance Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in teams. Detail-oriented, committed to quality.
