Job description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Contact Center Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade contact center solutions using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Azure Communication Services, and will guide both the architecture and delivery of intelligent, connected customer service experiences. Location: SFO, CA (Remote) Key Skills: • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center • Microsoft Copilot Studio • Azure Communication Services Responsibilities: • Lead technical design and solution sessions for Dynamics 365 Contact Center implementations. • Architect and implement key components, including: • Omnichannel for Customer Service • Unified Routing and Workstreams • Channel integrations (Voice, Chat, Social) • Microsoft Copilot and Virtual Agents • Collaborate with other solution architects to design integrations with backend systems and external services. • Mentor and guide development teams to deliver clean, scalable, and maintainable code. • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and enterprise standards. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective, proactive solutions. • Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and ALM best practices to streamline delivery and deployment.
