Power BI Developer / Data Analyst (Philadelphia) About Long Term Contract available in Philadelphia, hybrid onsite - 3 days per week onsite. Responsibilities Report Development: Design and create Power BI reports and dashboards visualizing QA test results, ensuring clarity for non-technical stakeholders. Data Integration: Extract, transform, and load data from Microsoft SQL Server databases to support reporting. Data Analysis: Identify trends and insights from QA datasets to improve product quality. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with product managers to understand and fulfill reporting needs. Report Maintenance: Update and optimize existing Power BI reports for performance and relevance. Data Quality Assurance: Validate data sources and ensure data integrity in reports. Documentation: Maintain documentation for report processes, data models, and user guides. Qualifications Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query), SQL Server, and data analytics. Experience: Minimum 3 years in data analytics with Power BI report development. Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
