Job description

We are a FAA / EASA / UK-CAA certified Part 145 repair station implementing a new helpdesk workflow to centralize all customer and vendor email communication. We need a Microsoft Outlook / Graph API specialist to integrate several user mailboxes with our ticketing system (Freshdesk) and automate message routing, filtering, and attachment handling. The integration must: Read incoming/outgoing mail using Microsoft Graph. Detect external (customer/vendor) communications and forward them to the helpdesk API. Ignore purely internal (Aviotek↔Aviotek) mail but process mixed threads. Manage large attachments through SharePoint. Provide full logging, retry logic, and security using delegated or service principal authentication. The goal is a seamless bridge — our team keeps working from Outlook, while management gains visibility through Freshdesk.
