Experience Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in system administration, network administration, or a related role • Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical users and collaborate across multiple teams and external entities • Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks, projects, and priorities to meet customer deadlines • Excellent organizational skills in maintaining documentation of system configurations and procedures, and providing reports on system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities • Experience providing technical support to end users: monitoring system performance, troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues, optimizing network performance, managing system backups and recovery processes, and implementing necessary upgrades and patches • Ability to install, configure, administer, manage, and maintain network infrastructure (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls) and Windows physical and virtual server environments/operating systems • Experience with managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various systems, networks, and applications: including creating, enabling, provisioning and deactivating user accounts • A strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, Desired Qualifications: • Experience supporting the Intelligence Community or a DoD, Army, or Joint Staff classified program • Experience as a U.S. Army Information Management Officer and/or coordinating across multiple organizations including Signal Brigades, Army offices, INSCOM, DoD CIO, DIA, GISA, NEC • Experience with unified communications (VoIP Phones, DVTC, VTC) installation, configuration, and management • Familiarity with database management systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS) • Ability to assist in planning and executing IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, or new technology deployments • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with team members, government clients, and stakeholders across teams to problem solve and recommend and implement system improvements • Experience with Kanban, Agile, or project management applications and methodologies • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), CompTIA Network+, or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification(s) DNS, DHCP) and network configuration. • Experience with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell. • Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Expertise in cybersecurity principles and tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (can substitute with Associate’s degree and 4 years of experience, or HS diploma and 6 years of experience) • TS/SCI clearance • CompTIA Security+ and/or DoD 8570-compliant IAT Level II Certification Job Type: Full-time Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Compensation Package: Yearly pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
