Location: Quincy, MA Salary: $75.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly Description: Lead Solution Architect - AI Initiatives Location: Boston Metro Area (Hybrid) Type: Contract Duration: 6+ Months We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead enterprise AI transformation efforts. This individual will serve as both a strategic advisor and technical lead across multiple business segments, guiding architectural direction, system design, and best practices for integrating AI into business workflows. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technology leaders to drive alignment between business needs and scalable solutions while maintaining the highest standards of security and performance. Responsibilities • Lead the design and development of enterprise architecture solutions, including macro and technical design artifacts such as process flows, sequence diagrams, and security frameworks • Present and obtain approvals for architectural documentation through governance bodies such as Solution Design Working Council, InfoSec Architecture Review (ISAR), and Architecture Review Board (ARB) • Collaborate with business stakeholders and enterprise architecture teams to shape strategic roadmaps and align technology initiatives • Partner with senior business and technology leaders to define project scopes, business cases, and architecture blueprints • Consult on systems implementation and business process optimization across relevant departments • Define and implement architecture standards, methodologies, and governance practices across the organization • Communicate strategic updates and technical roadmaps to senior management and executive leadership • Mentor junior architects and engineering teams while promoting continuous improvement practices • Manage strategic relationships with business units and drive performance optimization • Analyze current processes and propose cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing measures across enterprise systems • Act as liaison between Business Units and IT throughout the full product lifecycle • Perform comprehensive discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation • Guide solution mapping, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technical capabilities Required Skills And Experience • Deep expertise in cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure • Strong proficiency with Python and AI applications using frameworks such as PyTorch, RAG, and Streamlit • Hands-on experience with enterprise AI platforms including IBM Watson X, AWS Bedrock, and OpenAI Enterprise • Understanding of ethical considerations and guardrails for Generative AI • Experience designing RESTful APIs, API-led architecture, and event-driven systems • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data pipelines using ETL and Kafka • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and risk assessments, including ISAR processes • Strong documentation and diagramming skills, including architecture, process, and integration artifacts • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to collaborate across functions • Demonstrated experience engaging with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into technology solutions By providing your phone number, you consent to: (1) receive automated text messages and calls from the Judge Group, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "Judge") to such phone number regarding job opportunities, your job application, and for other related purposes.
