Position Summary The Risk Reporting and Data Analytics Section Manager is responsible for leading the development, analysis, and presentation of risk-related data and reports that support strategic decision-making across the credit union. This role plays a key part in monitoring credit quality, forecasting loan performance, and identifying emerging risks. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of credit risk, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to executive leadership and regulatory bodies. Qualifications/Experience • At least four years of related experience in enterprise risk, data analytics, and/or credit administration. • Credit Risk & Loan Portfolio Analytics: Deep understanding of credit risk principles, loan performance metrics, CECL methodology, and stress testing techniques to assess portfolio health and forecast losses. • Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Familiarity with NCUA regulations, call report preparation, and internal policy requirements related to credit risk, loan concentration, and allowance for credit losses. • Data Analytics & Visualization: Proficiency in data analysis tools to create dashboards, identify trends, and communicate insights. • Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Knowledge of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across credit, market, operational, IT, and liquidity domains, including scenario analysis and cross-departmental collaboration. • Excellent communication and analytical skills. • Experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel; • Excellent attention to detail. • Well organized. • Excellent time management skills; ability to meet strict daily, weekly and monthly deadlines. • Able to operate business equipment such as computer, copy machine. • Able to work well independently.
