• Technical Scope: (Candidates should have solid experience of at least two or more technologies listed below by priority order):
• Automation Platforms (UiPath, Power Platform, other)
• Scripting Languages (PowerShell and/or Python is mandatory, Pester)
• Microsoft Ecosystem (Orchestrator, EndPoint Protection, in
• Windows Server
• Client: Windows 10-11, macOS, iOS, Bitlocker, MBAM, GPOs, Cortex XD
• Security Knowledge or Certifications are an advantage
• Certifications (nice to have):
• DevOps
• Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practices:
• Working experience with ITSM/ITIL as IT operator
• Familiar with Problem, changes processes
