Job title: Power Platform Specialist Developer Location: Asheville, NC Onsite Duration: One Month Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Specialist Developer with 10 12 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance business solutions using the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities • Solution Development: • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven). • Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, and third-party systems. Define solution architecture and best practices for Power Platform implementations. • * Lead the design of scalable and maintainable applications aligned with enterprise standards. • Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: • Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform. • Recommend and implement improvements to existing solutions and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications • 10 12 years of overall experience in Power Platform development. • Deep expertise in: • Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) • Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows) • Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure Logic Apps • Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform. • Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Exposure to Power BI, AI Builder, and Power Virtual Agents. • Knowledge of Azure services, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors.
