Title: Devops Engineer with MongoDB Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Required Skills & Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. • Strong experience with MongoDB administration, backup/restore strategies, replication, sharding, and performance tuning. • Proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell). • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Docker. • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD or GitHub Actions. • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi). • Knowledge of security best practices, secrets management, and role-based access control. • Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
