Job Summary: CoStar Group is a leading global provider of commercial and residential real estate information, analytics, and online marketplaces. The Lands team is seeking an accomplished DevOps Engineer to support multiple software products and brands while developing and continuously improving systems and processes. Responsibilities: • Automating and leveraging DevOps principles, always striving for operational excellence with infrastructure-as-code mentality • Live and breathe build and deployment pipeline development using latest DevOps tools and innovative methods • Ensure the health and uptime of critical systems and applications with pro-active monitoring, analyzing metrics, implementing best practices, and strong troubleshooting skills • Collaborating with Dev and QA to enhance our processes • Communicate and collaborate well with teams in broader IT and business organizations within the company • Strong communication skills, expressing oneself clearly both verbally and in writing • On-call rotation Qualifications: Required: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College • A track record of commitment to prior employers. • 2 to 5+ years’ experience managing heavy web traffic sites using mass scale architecture with a developer focus • Heavy scripting support (PowerShell) • Experience with build and deployment pipeline development in Team Foundation Server/Azure DevOps Server • Experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform or similar platforms • Experience with enterprise monitoring tools • Experience with Akamai and load balancing technologies such as F5 LTMs, including management of VIPs, pools, nodes, iRule authoring, SSL offloading • Familiarity with infrastructure foundation components of large networks in AWS and on-prem (e.g., systems & network administration, DNS, hypervisors, containers, databases, multi-datacenters) • Some experience in AWS Company: The Land.com Network is the largest online marketplace to discover, buy and sell rural real estate.
