Requirements
• A minimum of 10+ years of overall experience in IT MSSQL Database Domain (On Prem and cloud) with proven experience in Database Operations
• Strong proficiency in MSSQL database management with 2019 and 2022 versions of MSSQL
• Solid understanding on installing, configuring and troubleshooting MSSQL server, specifically Always ON Availability Groups, Replication, Clustering
• Knowledge of Cloud services, preferably Azure and AWS
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements
• Experience in designing and automating repetitive processes to streamline service and ensure consistency
• Good hands-on PowerShell scripting and automation
• excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication, decision-making, prioritization, negotiation, collaboration and project management abilitie
