This role will be on site and the client is looking for a talented Dynamics 365 Technical Systems Analyst with a strong background in administration and development in Power Platform, Dynamics CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) to help them optimize their systems and data strategies. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and optimize Dynamics 365 configurations and customizations. • Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support business intelligence initiatives. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Dynamics 365 and related applications. • Provide training and support to users on system functionality and BI tools • Experience in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization and CRM Administration • SQL Server development experience and SSRS/SSIS design, development experience implementing data tier components & services • Experience in Workflows, JavaScript's, Plugins, Form Customization, Console jobs and CRM Administration. • Experience in MS CRM & 3rd party Integration using Middleware Tools(Kingswaysoft) / API's(REST, ODATA Web API's) /SSIS packages. • Experience in using Azure services for integration(Azure Functions, Service Bus etc. PCF controls, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems integrations • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements to recommend best practices and new features. • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform are a plus • Experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is a plus.
