We have partnered with some of our corporate clients and have the following Direct Hire, cleared positions available: Data Engineer, AI/ML Applications (TS/SCI or Secret) Data Engineer, Cloud & Data Pipelines (TS/SCI) Data Engineer, Spark & SQL (TS/SCI with polygraph) Palantir Data Engineer (no clearance required; hybrid work model) Location: Washington, D.C.; Arlington/McLean/Chantilly, VA; St. Louis, MO; Denver, CO; Colorado Springs, CO (on-site, no remote) Clearance Required: Active Secret or higher (TS/SCI with polygraph preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire (W2) Compensation Range: $62,000 – $225,000 (commensurate with experience and clearance level) Key Responsibilities Responsibilities vary by level and focus area, but may include: • Pipeline Development & Data Engineering • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data. • Develop data solutions in Python, PySpark, SQL, and TypeScript to integrate, transform, and optimize mission-critical data. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across ingestion and transformation processes. • Cloud & Infrastructure • Deploy data services in secure environments such as AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and containerized platforms (Docker, Kubernetes). • Support infrastructure-as-code practices and modern DevSecOps pipelines. • AI/ML & Advanced Analytics • Enable AI/ML model deployment, LLM-powered tools, and vector search infrastructure. • Collaborate with data scientists to ensure models have reliable, production-ready data sources. • Collaboration & Leadership • Work in agile, cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and scientists. • Mentor junior data engineers and contribute to best practices in secure, mission-focused development. Required Qualifications • Active Secret clearance or higher (TS/SCI with polygraph preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field. • Experience (2–4+ years, depending on level) in: • Data pipeline development using Python, SQL, or PySpark. • Data integration, ingestion, and transformation across structured/unstructured datasets. • Working with modern databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j, DuckDB, or similar). • Building solutions in cloud or containerized environments. Preferred Qualifications • Palantir Foundry experience (1+ years). • Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for platform-based development. • Knowledge of vector search, MLOps, and AI-native infrastructures (e.g., Llama.cpp, Ollama). • Familiarity with DoD or intelligence community systems and secure networks. • Hands-on experience with visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx). • Experience with version control (GIT) and agile development methods. • Advanced degree or certifications in cloud, data engineering, or security (AWS, Azure, Security+).
