Job Title: .NET Desktop Software Developer (C#, WPF, ASP.NET) – Energy Industry Location: San Diego, CA Company: Power Line Reporting About the Role Power Line Reporting (PLR) develops custom software for electric utilities. We are seeking a .NET Desktop Software Developer. This is a full-stack development position with a strong emphasis on C#, WPF, SQL Server, and Entity Framework. You’ll be part of our development team working to design, build, and optimize applications used in enterprise-scale deployments. Our software is used by civil and electrical engineers. Our ideal candidate has some knowledge or background in civil engineering, electrical engineering, or construction.
