Overview Were looking for a kind, collaborative engineer who loves coding, learning, and mentoring. This role is hands-on with Python (plus another language), focused on code reviews, and built around empathy, teamwork, and growing together. What Youll Do • Write and review code (Python + another language). • Run security assessments, penetration tests, and code audits. • Use tools (SAST, DAST, IAST) to find and fix vulnerabilities. • Collaborate with devs and SREs to embed security into the SDLC. • Mentor teammates and stay ahead of new threats. What Were Looking For • 5+ years in cybersecurity OR 7+ years in software engineering with security focus. • Strong soft skills empathetic, collaborative, eager to learn/teach. • Hands-on with penetration testing, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines. • Proficient in Python + one other language. • Bonus: OSCP, GPEN, or GWAPT certifications.
