Mantech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Microsoft Power Platform Software Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, located in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Designs software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers. • Codes software components, units, and modules that meet product specification and development schedules for customers. • Adheres to product build and release schedules and strategies. • Tests and debugs complex software components and units. • Acts as a technical resource for lower-level developers and may be assigned lead developer role for small-to-medium sized projects. • Implements lifecycle of services/solution delivery for projects. • Provides product demonstrations. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business • 8+ years of relevant professional software development experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) • Strong communications skills to work directly with customers Preferred Qualifications: * Experience supporting Department of the Air Force customers • Experience supporting DoD or other federal agencies • Experience working in an Agile team Security Clearance Requirements: * US citizenship with the ability to obtain up to a secret level clearance. Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
