Our client, a leader in financial solutions, is seeking a Power Platform Engineer to join their team. As a Power Platform Engineer, you will be part of the development team supporting various low-code projects and solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative thinking abilities, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Power Platform Engineer Location: St. Louis Park, MN - Hybrid work schedule Pay Range: Competitive Pay (W2 Only) What's the Job? • Lead the design, development, and scaling of low-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. • Mentor less experienced engineers to enhance their skills and support the development of solutions. • Work on various low-code development projects and solutions. • Utilize AI platforms such as MS CoPilot, ChatGTP, and/or Tachyon in project development. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. What's Needed? • 3+ years of experience with Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Dataflows, Notebooks, Data Wrangler, etc). • Prior experience with HR/Workforce-type data is preferred. • Strong experience with the Alteryx Platform is strongly preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft SSRS, SSIS, Azure, and Power BI development. • Experience with development languages such as Java or C# and Agile project management tools.
